What areas do you deliver to?
All of Tulare County! That includes Porterville, Visalia, Tulare, Dinuba, Lindsay, Exeter, Farmersville, and Woodlake, plus every town in between, like Strathmore, Springville, Terra Bella, Tipton, Earlimart, Orosi, and Three Rivers.
Is delivery and setup included?
Yes. Every rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup.
When do you set up?
We arrive before your party starts to set up, so you get your full rental time. We’ll confirm the timing with you before your party.
What are the rental times?
Same-day rentals: we pick up by 8pm. Overnight rentals: we pick up the next morning.
How much space do I need?
Each inflatable page lists the space it needs, which includes a little extra room for stakes and the blower. Please make sure there’s a clear path wide enough to roll it in.
Do I need power?
Yes. Each inflatable runs on a blower that stays plugged in the whole time. You’ll need a regular outdoor outlet within about 50 feet, and we bring heavy-duty extension cords.
Can you set up on concrete or a driveway?
Yes. On grass we anchor with stakes, and on concrete or driveways we use sandbags. For safety, the area needs to be flat and clear of rocks and debris.
Are your inflatables clean?
Yes. We clean and sanitize every inflatable after each rental using gentle, family-friendly products. If a deep clean ever calls for something stronger, we let it fully air out before it goes to your party.
Are your inflatables safe?
Safety comes first. Our team is SIOTO certified in Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations, with training in safe setup, anchoring, and supervision. We also use Watchdog Series 3 blower sirens, which cover the blower and sound a loud alarm if an inflatable ever starts losing air. Please keep an adult with the jumpers at all times.
Can we use water on the slides?
Yes, on our wet or dry units: the Jungle, Galaxy Voyager, Princess, Pirate Cove, and Pixel Gaming combos and the Aloha Obstacle Course. Just let us know in your quote request if you want them set up wet.
How do I book?
Pick your inflatables, tap Add to quote, and send your quote request. We’ll get back to you with your total, and a deposit holds your date.
How do I pay?
A deposit holds your date. Pay the rest before your party, or in cash when we arrive. A refundable security deposit comes back to you when your rental is returned in good shape.
What if it rains?
Weather not cooperating? We refund your balance and security deposit. And if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, your booking deposit comes right back to you.
Do you have any deals?
Yes! Book 2 or more inflatables and save 10%. For our grand opening, December parties are 10% off too.
