Booking and payment
- A deposit locks in your date.
- Pay the rest before your party, or in cash when we arrive.
- A refundable security deposit, returned when your rental comes back in good shape.
Change of plans
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and your booking deposit comes right back to you.
- Weather not cooperating? We refund your balance and security deposit.
Delivery and setup
- We deliver, set up, and pick up. You just enjoy the party.
- We arrive before your party starts, so you get your full rental time.
- Same-day rentals: we pick up by 8pm. Overnight: we pick up the next morning.
- Safety first: please keep an adult with the jumpers at all times.
